What is your shipping and return policy?

The Doggy Dan No-Pull Harness ships for free worldwide. Please note we reserve the right to not accept orders from some countries.Once your order is processed and sent to our fulfilment and shipping company, it will then ship UPS Ground the next business day and should arrive in 5-7 business days for domestic US orders. For international orders these shipments will go 1st Class and may not track once they leave the US. It can take up to 25 business days to receive the shipment. Please be patient! If you are not happy with your order you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it and receive a full refund – HOWEVER it must still be in its original condition and in its original packaging. To trigger the refund you must send an email request to [email protected] requesting your refund and reasons for returning. The refund will only be processed once we have received the return.
