SHIPPING:
Doggy Dan’s Whistle Training Masterclass DVD Bundle, Pro Dog Whistle and No-Pull Harness all ship for FREE within the continental USA. International shipping, outside of the USA, is a flat fee. Please note we reserve the right to not accept orders from some countries.

Once your order is processed and sent to our fulfillment and shipping company, it will then ship UPS Ground the next business day and should arrive in 5-7 business days for domestic US orders. For international orders, these shipments will go 1st Class and may not track once they leave the US. Sometimes it can take up to 25 business days to receive the shipment—sorry, but it’s out of our hands and up to the global shipping gods. Please be patient!

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If you are not happy with your order you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it and receive a full refund – HOWEVER it must still be in its original condition and in its original packaging. To trigger the refund you must send an email request to [email protected] requesting your refund and reasons for returning. The refund will only be processed once we have received the return.

Postage, Duties & Taxes are not included in the refund return and the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges.

For the Complete Pack 6Month and Annual Members who were eligible for a free harness, please note that if you cancel and request a membership fee REFUND, we will deduct the cost of the harness + shipping.
